I'm a mess.

I'm overdue for a haircut. The receptionist at work has apparently noticed.

Me: Hi, how's it going?

Receptionist: Good! ...by the way, I can recommend some hairstylists.

Me: Heh, I definitely need a haircut, thanks for reminding me. I'll book one soon.

(We chat about weather and local events for a few minutes, and then there is a brief lull in the conversation.)

Receptionist: So, do you not have a comb at your house?
