I still don't know

Dan: Zucchinis are a kind of squash.

me: Are you sure? I'm skeptical of that claim.

Dan: Look it up.

me: I said I was skeptical. I didn't say I give a shit.

Zucchinis are sorta weird when you cook 'em up; their texture gets all strange. Not as strange as eggplant, mind you, but definitely on the weird/mushy side of things.

And I have now thought more about zucchinis in the past two minutes than I've thought about them for the past seven years.
