achievements, or something

I did the Sun Run again this year. I put in slightly more effort than I did last year, including purchasing a pair of actual running shoes, and running 4 or 5 days a week for the past month. Now I'd like to clear something up: "Runner's High" is a myth. It doesn't exist. There is "Runner's Remorse", and "Runner's Heightened Booger Awareness", but there's no high. Or if there is, I'm not getting it.

Last year I started running because my co-worker asked me to join him and, since I was new to the office, I thought it would be a good way to make a friend. He has since left the company, but I keep running after work because I have nothing better to do on a weekday evening. Now I can run 6.5 kilometers without stopping.

So there you go. I got into better shape because I had nothing better to do.
