I would make a crappy god

The new running joke at work is that I'm inbred.

Obviously I think this is hilarious (and remember, if it "hits too close to home", I would not find it funny, and you should therefore conclude that I am definitely not inbred).

Separately, I've started playing The Sims 4 a lot. I've never been into gaming before, but I'm into this game enough that I'm talking about it with co-workers. While talking about my multi-generational Sim family, my co-worker asked if I'm inbreeding my Sims. I thought to myself, "That's not a bad idea!" I've made plenty of Sims in my own image (male and female both, please refer to previous blog posts).

Unfortunately, in The Sims (as in real life), I cannot figure out how to get two people to fall in love and reproduce (adoption, however, is quick and easy). All of my Sims end up being sexually nebulous and sleeping in their childhood beds, well into adulthood. In my own image indeed.
